About Me

TLK (Ben) is a Canadian electronic music producer creating melodic house with a focus on emotion, atmosphere, and energy.

What started as a one-time collaboration in 2023 quickly turned into something more — evolving into a long-term passion and creative outlet.

Since then, he’s worked on tracks like Higher, Memories, and Snowflake, experimenting with different sounds while shaping his own style and direction.

His music is built around feel first — aiming to create something authentic and real, something he can look back on in 20 years and say, “Hey, I did that.”

Outside of music, Ben has a background in computer programming and spends time building projects, designing, and constantly learning. He also does freelance development, working with technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL.

When he has free time, he enjoys producing with friends, watching movies and (good) TV shows, snowboarding, bowling, woodworking, and solving Rubik’s Cubes — or just relaxing with waffles or poutine.

Now entering a new chapter, TLK is focused on refining his sound, staying consistent, and building something that lasts.

He also is movie letterbox critic and tends to overanalyzing them — and yes, he still stands by the opinion that Batman Begins is the best in the trilogy.
